Instead of New Year resolutions, we thought of New Year goals. I typed the goals into a speech bubble for each child. They used a TLC art technique of cutting the corners off a square to make a circle for a face. They cut strips of construction paper for hair and used a decorated triangle for the hat. I hot glued a party horn to the mouth.
