Letter A

  • apple prints

  • glue hole punched apples or Alphabits cereal on Aa

  • apple core tear art

  • painted stuffed apple

  • paint a clip clothespin green to make an alligator; glue on small wiggly eyes and a red tongue

Letter B

  • glue buttons on Bb

  • "bounce" balloons in black, blue and brown paint and make prints

  • butterflies made from coffee filters colored with marker and sprayed with water

  • glue on cotton balls on Cc

  • paint by rolling a corn cob in yellow paint

  • calico cats

Letter D

  • glue hole punched dots on Dd

  • make “Harry, the Dirty Dog” by placing black thumbprints on a dog cutout

  • glue eggshells on Ee

  • "paint" using egg yolks with food coloring (dries glossy)

  • tint crushed eggshells with food coloring and use pieces to make a picture

  • combine red and yellow paint while fingerpainting to make orange jack-o-lanterns

  • make a yak by gluing lengths of brown/gray yarn on a yak shap
